This policy explains what Canadians Online Casino collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

1. Who we are

Canadians Online Casino is an independent comparison and information site for Canadian players at canadians-online.casino. We are not a gambling operator, we hold no player funds and we run no games. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

2. Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. Your theme choice (light or dark) is stored in your own browser's local storage and never leaves your device. When you follow a link to an operator, that operator's own privacy policy and cookies apply from that point, and we have no control over them.

3. What we collect

When you send the player help form: your email address, the casino involved, the type of problem, and whatever you write in the message. We ask for consent on the form before you send it. We need this to reply to you and, where it helps, to raise the matter with the operator or the relevant regulator on your behalf.

Automatically: our server keeps standard request logs, which include an IP address, the page requested, the time and the browser user agent. These are ordinary server records kept for security and troubleshooting.

We do not ask for your casino password, your card number or copies of identity documents, and you should never send them to us. No legitimate helper needs them.

4. How long we keep it

Player help messages are kept while the case is open and for up to 24 months afterwards, because a pattern of complaints about one operator is itself evidence. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. Ask us to delete your message earlier and we will.

5. What we do not do

We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to advertisers. We do not send marketing email. The only email you receive from us is a reply to something you sent us.

6. Your rights

Under Canada's privacy law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will answer. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Player help messages are stored on our own server, not with a third-party form service. Access is limited to the people who answer them.

8. Children

This site is for adults of legal gambling age. You must be 19+ to gamble in Canada. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under that age.

9. Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
